Tom Holland and Zendaya Kick Off Spider-Man: Brand New Day Press Tour in Madrid

Tom Holland and Zendaya officially launched the global press tour for Spider-Man: Brand New Day with a photocall in Madrid, Spain, on June 15, marking one of the pair's most high-profile public appearances together in years.
The event served as the first major promotional stop for the highly anticipated Marvel and Sony Pictures film, which arrives in theaters on July 31.

Held in Madrid as part of the film's international promotional campaign, the photocall reunited Holland and Zendaya in front of photographers nearly a decade after they first met while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming. The appearance also marked the beginning of a new chapter for the franchise, which follows Peter Parker after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
For the event, Holland wore a custom black look accented by a bright red shirt and tie—a subtle nod to Spider-Man's iconic color palette. Zendaya complemented the theme in a black strapless fringe dress paired with black pumps, continuing her reputation for fashion-forward press tour dressing. Their coordinated looks quickly became a talking point across social media, with fans praising the duo's effortless chemistry and understated references to the character that brought them together.

The Madrid photocall also represents a rare joint appearance for the famously private couple. While both actors have remained among Hollywood's most recognizable stars, they have largely kept their relationship out of the public eye in recent years. Their appearance together on the Brand New Day press tour immediately generated headlines worldwide and reignited excitement for the film among Marvel fans.
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day will see Holland return as Peter Parker alongside Zendaya's MJ. Recent reports have also revealed that acclaimed screenwriter Justin Kuritzkes contributed revisions to the screenplay during production, adding further anticipation for the film's next chapter.
As the global press tour continues, Madrid offered fans their first glimpse of what is expected to be one of the biggest blockbuster campaigns of the year. If the response to the photocall is any indication, audiences are more than ready for Spider-Man's next adventure.
